Payment Policy

Effective: 1 June 2026 – Secure, transparent transactions for all customers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Online: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking (all major banks), UPI/QR (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Wallets, EMI (orders >₹10,000).
Offline/B2B: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, Demand Draft/Cheque (subject clearance), Credit terms for pre-approved corporate accounts.

2. Currency & GST

All prices in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of GST unless noted. GSTIN available on invoice for input credit.

3. Payment Security

PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay/PayU). Bobrick India never stores card/CVV details. SSL/TLS encrypted.

4. Order Confirmation & Failures

Order confirmed after successful payment. For payment failure, amount auto-refunded within 5–7 business days. NEFT/Cheque orders processed after clearance (1-3 days).

5. Advance for Custom Orders

100% advance for custom/project items. For orders >₹5L from pre-approved clients, 50% advance may apply.

6. EMI & Invoices

EMI terms by respective banks; duplicate invoice requestable within 180 days at accounts@bobrick.in.
