Free shipping above threshold (displayed at checkout). Heavy/oversized freight & remote surcharge quoted before order.
Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Safexpress. Tracking shared via email/SMS upon dispatch.
Signature required. Inspect cartons for damage – note “Received with damage” on POD. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos to support@bobrick.in.
For bulk freight, ensure unloading equipment at site. Force majeure delays not liable.
