Bobrick India is committed to your satisfaction. Refunds eligible under specific conditions as per our policy.
Defective/damaged product, incorrect item delivered, out-of-stock after payment, duplicate payment, cancellation before dispatch, approved returns.
Non-refundable: Change of mind, damage after 48h window, improper installation, custom-made products (unless defective), shipping charges unless Bobrick error.
Scenario Refund Amount Order cancelled before dispatch 100% + shipping charges Incorrect/defective product (no return) 100% product + applicable shipping Approved return (customer error) Product value only (shipping non-refundable) Bobrick India error return 100% order value including shipping Duplicate payment Full duplicate amount
By customer: Cancel before dispatch free of charge; custom orders within 24h, after 24h 20% cancellation charge.
By Bobrick India: For stock unavailability, pricing errors etc. → full refund within 7 business days.
Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 days; Net banking/UPI: 3-5 days; Digital wallets: 1-3 days; NEFT: 3-7 days. Steps: email support@bobrick.in with order ID & evidence, approval within 3 business days, then refund processed.
Replacement is primary remedy. Refund considered if replacement unavailable within 30 days.
